Sunnyside Medical Cannabis Dispensary - Butler

A big thanks to RYAN and BRANDON. I had an issue with some product and I tried calling but the phone kept disconnecting. I just figured it was a problem with the phone system so I stopped calling. A few minutes later my phone rings and it was RYAN apologizing for not answering and asked me how he could help me. We spoke about my issue over the phone but I couldn’t figure anything out so I asked RYAN if I could see him. I returned to the dispensary to meet him and he was at the door waiting. We talked about my issue and he immediately corrected it. I had more questions about other products and that’s when RYAN referred me to BRANDON saying he was very knowledgeable and he would help me review the menu. BRANDON and I found a replacement that will be helpful to me. ROB and JEN the bud tenders, were also very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been using this dispensary since they opened and the people who work there have always been great but… RYAN BRANDON ROB and JEN are excellent examples of great people and they know how to help and treat a patient. THANKS AGAIN

Chanel truly never fails to put the biggest smile on my face. She is such a doll. Always so patient, informative, and kind!! Every time I go in there, I hope to see her beautiful face!! Robbie is another one that is truly dedicated to his job and making the experience enjoyable for each person that walks in. I will NEVER go to a different dispensary because of how welcomed they both make me feel. Excellent employees, but even better human beings <3

Been coming here since they opened and can’t believe it took me this long to write a review! Love the location, product, pricing, and the staff is the most friendliest upbeat welcoming and helpful staff you will find anywhere. Also gotta give shout out to the newest member Justin who was friendly and helpful and helped me walk out with a smile and is doing a great job! Love Sunnyside butler !

there are a few good & friendly workers here so thats nice. How about you (owners) stop changing the prices for medicine on a near weekly basis? Your greed forces patients to shop at stores in Cranberry Twp every single day. Every day you lose business because of this, did you know that? Also, this store seems to always have some sort of problem going on. Not enough staff, broken alarm systems, floods, long lines inside due to bad process flows or short staff, etc. It hurts my heart to see people lined up outside in the freezing cold, your store sucks. Do better.

Sales staff is very friendly and warm. But I was told by sales staff that I had 320% off that I could use it anytime they would not expire. I received that was because I was a new patient. I received my medical card in November, and the manager insisted he could only go back three months so he would not give me my three coupons. He told me I could use one coupon this very time because I was already there. I did not even have my medical card for three months. I should’ve received all of the discounts. It’s very wrong with the company and makes me not want to return there. Including you stand outside in the cold in a line of 10+ people. And only two people can be in the sign in area at a time with one person doing the check ins & changes. 20% on a battery or a vaporizer can really add up. It’s not right that the manager embarrassed me made me feel like he was accusing me of lying about the coupons not being used prior. So he increased my anxiety which is why I have my card. I deserve a little more than public humiliation and a ‘to bad so sad’.
